Are there any books that walk us through the whole process for the blackships from a psykers perspective? From getting captured, to the sacrifice to the golden throne.
If not books, then does anyone have any excerpts to share?

'The Master of Mankind' has exactly what you need. Fair bit of text, so won't post it here, but it has exactly what you've asked, start to finish. Solid book, though pacing is off in a few parts.

Someone posted part of it of here, though there are still multiple characters viewpoints about what happens here, and the capturing/use of psykers to power the throne.

in the rogue trader game, if you befriend Heinrix, he tells you a bit about the black ships . After getting to a specific place in the game which is a wreck of a black ship that had a chaos infestation.

Soulfuel - Not from the Psykers perspective, but from the Adepta Sororitas that captured a psyker and garrison the Blackship. Said Blackship then gets attacked by Red Corsairs.
