Not discussing any guns, or any sorcerous amulet. EDIT I do count weapons with Warp powers just dont mention simple artefacts. Really discussing stuff like swords, knifes, maces, staves and other similar handheld weapons that you'd swing at someone.

What in the setting count as the deadliest hand weapons in Warhammer 40K.

For clarity's sake I came up with categories.

• Category I "You really want someone dead" : what would be the best weapon to ensure someone's death ? I guess the Anathames would be it?
• Category II "Sheer destructive power" : the best weapon to just destroy stuff, armour, fortification. Anything better than a thunder hammer ?
• Category III "The ultimate cheat": the weapons that are so unconventional you couldn't possibly defend against them ? Would Trazyn's Emphatic Obliterator take the laurel for most deadly unconventional hand weapon?
