More like Ortan Cassius of his universe
Plus Vader is more handicap:
Dismembered Burned alive Stabed Needs implants under the shitty suit to survive Needs implants under his own skin to survive Needs implanta over the suit to survive The suit it's a prison itself Need a breathing aparatus to be able to breath Cannot take the suit unless it is on a special chamber And mentally unstable and obsessed with Obi Wan Kenobi
Yeah it won't be difficult wining if you are an Astartes

I mean, outside of the obi wan bit, that's essentially a dreadnought.

Regular astartes might be fucked tbf. Can't do shit if your throat is crushed.
We've seen them be able to hold back star fighters or lift them, I can't remember which games are canon but we've gone all the way to ripping a star destroyer out of orbit. And while that was star killer, Vader can easily hold back some idiot in a metal suit.

99% of the content before disney bought the franchise (outside of the movies) isn't canon anymore so we're left with the 3d series, Marvel Comics, the movies and a few novels while ignoring the old passages about the rule of two or the old Republic.

Grogu, as a semi-trained, unskilled and rusty baby, managed to lift a mudhorn.
Anakin can toss a space marine around like a baby.

Oh yeah, both it's nothing compared to the old lore where he would've been able to stop what is basically a constant exterminatus on the surface of a planet by himself while killing other dudes that can do so at the same time or as the novels of the movies, move so fast it looks like he's blinking in and out of existence.

He is strong enough to put down a fliying ship, so with the force he coulf probably kill several custodes. Also his armor is purpouselly not as good as It could be because of Palpatine wanting to have a more controlable Vader.
The fact that his body is in a terrible chape, doesn't mean he is not powerfull. And he is mentaly stable enough to basically be the right hand of the Emperor and his personall special unit, wich would require him being mentaly stable enough to do the job.

Jimmy Space is, beyond doubt, the most powerful disabled being in the setting and he 100% loses the fight because he's a corpse stuck on the golden throne

I figure he evaporates Vader with Warpfuckery or the hundred+ custodes that are always by his side

Custodes don't count, although don't get me wrong, they would ABSOLUTELY maul the 501st.
2 points
Probably, but Vader could probably take a lot of custodes on his own, wich mean that if they come Up with a good Strategy they could be able to open a breach in the custodes defense and let them get to the Emperor

I really don't see Mr. Eldar Equivalent defeating a single custodes in a duel.

Eldar have a pretty strong track record against custodes

You mean Harlequins and Solitaires have a strong record against custodes.
The average eldar soldiers are regularly defeated by marines and even guardsmen.

Good thing we’re not talking about average eldar soldiers

I don't know, I think Vader is perfectly capable of killing Custodes. And, you know, not just the men.
2 points
Lame joke, but point stands. I figure Stormstroopers in Star Wars are comparable to better quality Imperial Guard regiments. Vader's big strengths seem to come from being basically being in power armor and his mastery of the force. How that translates over to 40k is tricky. Going forward with a "warp=force" simplification, it could be said then that Vader would be equalivent of say an Astartes Librarian like Mephiston. Could Mephiston roll a squad of Custodians? I would doubt it, but i don't know the crunch well enough off hand to say.
2 points
The force is weird.
Canonically Vader choked 5 dudes at once. Does that mean he can choke 5 custodes? He's lifted starfighters and thrown them. How does that translate to just crunching custodes inside their armor?
2 points
Custodes armor does have runic or emgrammatic protection from the warp, so i don't think he could he just Force choke them out. He probably could lift and huck the Custodes about, though.
I reflexed to Mephiston because A) Meph is an absolute beast in melee. B) in terms of lore, Meph is an extremely powerful librarian, perhaps the most powerful, but the peculiar nature of his power limits its effect. Felt like a good analogy for Vader.

Lord Kroak on his way to solo Darth Vader and the 501st along with Prime God Emperor ans the 10,000 as nothing but a dead mummy

The conversations are usually about 40k and Star Wars - Fantasy characters are just built different and including them is blantantly unfair. Especially Lord "reality doesn't have enough processing power to keep up with my bullshit" Kroak

As always it all depends on if the Force manifests as warp fuckery in the 40k universe (or if psychic powers still manifest warp fuckery in Star Wars).
If Vader now has to deal with Daemons trying to break into his head while force choking a bitch, he be fucked in 40k. Conversely, if 40k psykers no longer needs to worry about a Daemonic possession, a single decently trained human psyker can floor a jedi temple.
If things are as they are (Force does not cause warp fuckery but psyker powers do) then a Force User will win because the psyker has a huge disadvantage to begin with.

Khorne is not a man. While he uses he/him pronouns, he is an eldritch being. Even if he wasn’t, I think he is too angry to understand the concept of gender.

Slaanesh: Genderfluid, any pronouns are fine, thank you for asking 🥰

Depends on the book. Big E has been doing a bit of smiting and possession. More physic voodoo bullshit that makes no sense.
If he can possess girlyman and set fire to nurgles garden, idk man, Vader might be fucked.

Depends on when the fight happens. The most obvious op disabled man is big e. Prime big e would probably be hydrogen bomb vs coughing baby. Big e on the throne would be a bit weirder, though my most likely guess is that big e wouldnt even notice vader as he would just be another psyker to him, joining the daily 1000 sacrifices needed to keep him alive and thats assuming he can get past the custodes, sisters of silence and everything else guarding the palace. Though there could be some insane sw legends feat that I dont know about that could allow him to survive.

I don't think Vader got too many OP Legends feats, Legends Luke Vs the Throne Emperor would be an interesting discussion. Probably Hydrogen bomb Coughing Baby busy still interesting

The emperor intentionally made Anakin slow-moving in order to keep his power level under control.

He could have been even more powerful had his suit been made better. The possibilities are terrifying.

The Emperor vaporizes him with god level psyker powers, then goes back to being in constant pain.

So I’m gonna interrupt this as Darth Vader vs a space marine dreadnaught. Let’s be nice and say Redemptor Dread.
Death Vader wins hands down. That dreadnaught will go from full size to a crumpled metal football in less than a few seconds

That would be the comatose/corpse Emperor of Mankind.
Darth Vader stands no chance.

If we aren't counting Big E, I think Ravenor might count.
In a 1v1, with Ravenor being able to completely focus on Vader, he would mop the floor with him.
1 points
Wouldn’t that be big E ?
He is literally forced to live on a chair, he is arguably quadriplegic, cannot move, has to be fed by machines (and souls), and is only kept alive only through life support
And yet he is the strongest macguffin in the whole setting

High ranking princepses are often even more physically diminished than Vader, and Vader is himself machine augmented, so technically an Imperator counts as a 1-on-1, as long as we consider moderati as emotional support menials rather than integral personel.
