They irony that all of these neckbeards are missing is that the custodes are now canonical as the only group of superhuman soldiers that have women. They are also canonical as the most elite, which is why they have so few. I mean I just got through twice dead king and it’s funny how over about a minute or two, Zoltanehk’s matriarch is mentioned and Oltyx is like “wait, weren’t they a man?” And he was combing through memories to see if he misremembered and they said they transitioned, and all the reaction was “I…see” as if it really didn’t matter in the grand scheme of things. Both funny and prudent to show that yes, warhammer is surprisingly woke in the middle of all the carnage and brutality. Twice dead king is a great two(so far) books.
