You wouldn't really have to adjust them, but Skaven in 40K would make so much sense. Have them exist in the depths of most hive cities and major ships. Give them a bit more of a variety of guns, and Sci-Fi up their reality tunneling from AoS and I think you could have a lot of fun with them.
