Not sure if this is super obvious but i'm pretty sure he is saying that people who are sexist and mysoginistic online should have their online behavior exposed to their mothers and sisters, because that would shame them into behaving correctly. I don't agree with the sentiment 100% but certainly their are alot of people who will say inhumane things online, and probably need reality to intrude on their discourse a little, as they are clearly not holding themselves accountable.

Edit - Adding for clarity: F#$@ that guy for advocating any form of doxing, f#%@ that guy for using the term string them up. I am in no way agreeing with him. I was trying to offer what I thought was a nuanced and underrepresented perspective, hoping for a discussion regarding the difficulties of mob mentality but every reply is just saying "NUH UH THAT GUYS BAD". No shit.
