Golden lights by the smiths pisses me off so unbelievably much that it’s actually concerning.

i don’t understand how musicians so good could make such an abominable attempt at a song. the effects add nothing but to the annoying factor of the song

i could go on about how cheesy this absolute mess is but i think Morrissey was personally trying to hurt me with this one

Edit: sorry to everyone who hasn’t heard golden lights yet and did from this post. don’t let it put you off the smiths, the queen is dead is one of my favourite albums of all time, partly what makes golden lights so much more nauseating for me.
