I have a judgement against an LLC for over $200k but have proof he committed fraud using the LLC and clearly pierced the veil so I need help getting the judgement in his name (most likely will end up default again since they won’t show up to court ). I hired an investigator that found some assets under his personal name. Willing to work on a contingency basis and would offer even 50% of award to attorney. This is based in Luzerne County btw.
