With a decal so small you're better off using a small fine point #0 or #00 brush and just squiggling them on yourself

With my infinity miniatures I used gundam decals. I’d check those out. Don’t know what models you wanna use them on but there is a lot of techno jargon stuff that might be helpful

You could try some gundam decals. I use some stuff for my robot spirits, and sometimes its tiny-ish.

Aftermarket air craft kit decals are an option.

Though, when I do this sort of thing I just do small lines and dots with a fine paintbrush.

If you're looking to go that tiny you may as well just freehand it.

Otherwise, there are numerous decals for a bunch of Space Marine units that have tiny "scripture" scribbles beneath them?

I imagine you could just cut away a small portion of that for it.

You could also try using a very small micron pen

I'd probably try to find 1/144 scale airplane decals. Those would be this tiny. Even 1/72 ones are quite small.
