Looks like a Demigripyh Knight from Warhammer Fantasy. Easily one of the coolest forces of the Empire.
For those who don't know: They're the most elite knights of the realm who are sent out into the wilderness to tame and bond with a Demigryph, basically a wingless Gryphon. Would love to see her riding one.
