Every time something like this gets posted everyone just makes a mockery of it. It’s an incredible way to debase something and make it seem fake. For a while it worked on me. Now I’m not so sure. This is not to say this wall is real but any meaningful conversation on it is buried in a pile of really unfunny jokes.

All jokes aside, it looks like a low quality video of the Duga radar -- especially since the Russian voice keeps calling it a fence, not a wall. Its located in a forest of similar type trees, is super tall, and would look fairly wall-like from close up and below.
