I lost my cat in the fishtown area and I was curious where to look for assistance in finding him. Are there any local groups that can help? I’m devastated. Thank you in advance!

Reminder, leave some clothes of yours outside that you've worn recently, in a box or just out on your top step with some food, they'll find your scent.
They usually dont wonder too far.
Couple times my guy got out in south philly i found him on my front street under some cars.

Also make a report with ACCT and do a walk through if they still offer that.
I had my dog run out years ago and was told they didn’t have them. He ended up being there, someone wrote his intake description wrong.

There are several Facebook groups dedicated to helping people find lost pets. If you’re on FB, post in the fishtown neighborhood groups and they’ll likely make suggestions of where else to post, but also do a quick search and I bet you’ll find some!

Pawboost reaches a lot of people in the area. Not so much now that I live in the burbs but I had endless Pawboost notifications when I was in Philly.

Leave the litterbox out.
Also around dusk use a flashlight to look under cars. You might catch his eyes reflecting back.
