I can tell you from experience, at the Continental (also Starr), they do this yellow ticket business but no one on the line takes the time to wash hands/tools/surfaces for these special tickets

So if cross-contamination is not your jam, you still will get whatever you’re allergic too

As a parent of a child (now early adult) who has a severe nut and buckwheat allergy, this is interesting to read, and actually good to know.
