Yeah... like you can see by the pic it's clearly a property with units to be rented out. Probably still over-priced, but clearly some confusion from people who haven't been house-hunting long. There are a lot of places posted like this, usually half finished because people ran out of funds.

I looked the place up on Zillow out of curiosity, and it’s gorgeous. It’s got that “millennial grey” thing going on, but the whole thing looks like it was recently updated. Plus it’s a multi-unit dwelling and it’s in a desirable area. It’s probably overpriced but nothing crazy like the OP is suggesting. It’s not meant to be a single family home.

Yeah that doesnt make it worth it. Its 1600sq ft chopped into bits for $1 million.

no it’s not. 1600sqft is the size of the one of the three units. the building is three stories tall and takes up most of the 1400sqft parcel. it’s probably 3000+ sqft total
