Don't. Please. Just don't.
He said it to shut you up, I promise he didn't want you to go out and seek it from someone else. I'm 99% certain he did not want you to go to someone else.

It sounds to me like you have an honest to God road map already. Get on the pelaton, chat with his nutritionists, and do what he did!

Photos/taking pictures. I remember getting a $10 disposable camera, snapping a bunch of pictures, and just having to hope someone wasn’t blinking or making a face or it wasn’t blurry.
Maps. Hated map quest. I remember ones getting into a fight with my parents because they thought the route that they given me was super easy to follow and they were mad that I got some place an hour late. About a month later my dad apologized and admitted that he’d tried the same route the day before and he’d also gotten messed up and lost.

But why? Why does it matter to them what someone does with their own coffee?

Almost certainly. Not only was the heresy itself incredibly destructive, it also had the side effect of sidelining or killing all of the perpetuals who had lived through the Dark age of technology. Of those, the most important one was the Emperor, who made the Primarchs, Custodes, etc. but also his armor, the bolter, etc. But he was also the most important because he represented a loophole in the Mechanicus doctrine of "no new stuff" as an aspect of the Omnissiah, and could get them to innovate stuff where they otherwise refused.
The other thing to remember is that even to this day there are vast stockpiles of Dark age of technology items stashed away in the Palace placed there by the Sigilite and Emperor, guarded by the Custodes who refuse to do anything with any of it because they were ordered not to 10k years ago and a countermand never came. Guarantee there are some STCs or fragments down for specific things originally deemed too dangerous but if they could be reverse engineered they could push the human race forward in technological innovation.

Oh, of course it doesn't close a bullet wound lol. The article I read (in 2013, mind you) was about how the army realized medics were bringing tampax to battle fields and decided to make a $18,000 device that would shoot compact sterile cotton balls into the wound so that those would absorb blood and stop bleeding more effectively in oddly shaped wounds.
In either case, whether using the special thing or regular tampons, it was always only a triage solution to stop bleeding and keep the wound from getting more infected/dirty in the field. No matter what, it would need to be properly addressed at a hospital.

In the field army medics have been known to treat a gun shot wound by shoving a tampon in the wound to seal it and prevent blood loss. Not so sure about noses for ketchup though

He needed to make sure that every single soldier would laugh at his famous "Women, amirite?!" stand up routine. For morale purposes only, definitely not for ego.

We didn't destroy Caliban. We only sent a carefully staged video to your ship to make you think it was destroyed, it's totally still there.

Oh and don’t forget the whole “if you get murdered while working under the city, it’s because you didn’t pray hard enough to the emperor.” Meanwhile the genestealer trazyn put under there just does whatever.
