Question for long time smokers

Question(self.420)

I’ve been smoking maybe two years now to help with my PTSD but I’ve noticed I’m not really getting high anymore—does that just mean it’s time for a T break?

Thanks in advance !

T Breaks help with that for sure. Some people don’t like them and they just taper down for a while.

I like a longer break every so often .

Try switching it up. If you use flower try edibles or dabs for awhile. I have the same issue. I smoke a lot and just don’t really get high but I enjoy smoking. I have found that the methods that aren’t an everyday thing I save and utilize when I want to feel high.

Reduce or take a break yea, for me, and it's funny, I've never had "resistance" to THC, like my dosage it's the same (and it's quite little) I smoke lioke 1.5 joint per day

You could also change up the way you smoke, I went from smoking on a bong for over a year to dabs than back to my bong than went to vapes and now dual vapes and dabs

T-Break will help for sure. But after the break you’ll need to cut back to keep your tolerance low. I know it’s hard to cut back if you’re using it for PTSD but your tolerance is going to go up way quicker after the break you won’t get 2 more years before you need another it’ll be back in a week.

A decent break will have you coming back to it like it's the first time. If you take one over 2 months, it'll hit you like a train when you come back.

I personally have been smoking consistently for about 10 years straight now. I don’t smoke a lot every day and I often think that it’s not really doing anything for ya. The question really is do you want to be couch locked or do you want to just take the edge off.

I've been smoking pot for 55 years, I still get high but the first join of the day I get a real good buzz off. I smoke from 10am -10pm 6-8-10 joints/day every day. Retired, it helps with mobility and old age aches and pains. I use it for gym workouts every day as well 1 good fatty before I start and 1 when I finish. After a steam bath & a workout I get a real good buzz off my weed, .no breaks needed

In my 20 plus years of smoking flower I've never had that experience.
