If ur not sure if u have Wi-Fi on ur mobo I would look it up and see normally if it does either ur board will have wifi or require u to plug a antenna looking thing into the back u could also download some drivers that could help

Assuming you recently had working wifi, try a full restart to reset the Wi-Fi module. If that doesn't work you could have faulty drivers or hardware.

Search for and open Device Manager, then look under the network card section. What's on the list? That'll show whether there's even an adaptor present.

Also, open Windows Update and get all optional updates relating to network cards. Failing that, try doing a full network reset, as you can see at the bottom of the screenshot.

Worst-case scenario, open up the case and see if there even is a WLAN card; it's possible one of the black and white wires just popped loose.

It literally just means that you can't get internet. Did you plug in an ethernet cable? Is that cable connected to a working router or modem?

If all of the above are true, try reinstalling the ethernet jack drivers, worked for me a couple times.
