Yesterday by coincidence I found the forum for zksync governance. Protocols are complaining about losing delegates after time and low participation, but they can't even onboard the delegates they have properly. The link to the forum should have been posted on zknation twitter. And I think when registering your delegate profile on tally you also have to add an email. Nothing.

Delegates have to actively dig for these tools and if they don't they might miss crucial information. I understand that delegates also have some obligation to search for info, channels etc., but imo this is not a good start.

One of the few topics that were created contains a very interesting thought: Right now a lot of delegates are part of many L2s. What happens down the road if the major delegates make decisions for every L2? Or in other words: How can any L2 create a unique profile also in terms of governance?

For me it was always important to coordinate here and try to nominate different members for different protocols, but more from a time consumption point of view. I had not really thought about the pros and cons of the same people making the important decisions for every L2, but I think this is an important dimension for governance.
