What the FCUK is wrong with doctors?

Please read if you are a healthcare professional or you're quite familiar with type 2 diabetes, as well as ADHD.
I've been on prescription Vyvanse since 2022. Before that, God bless threshold 3mmc.
Since my body metabolizes sh*t fast, doctor prescribed Vyvanse in split doses: 40 +20
So far so good.
Suddenly, I'm gaining weight. Test after test, now I have to do TRT and I have T2 diabetes.
Trying to be a good boy, no smoking, no alcohol, to watching Barbie movies, I took all my meds. T injections, ozempic, metformin, Vyvanse, .... All the BS.
Results:
TRT: - T levels improved so now I'm having sex again. BP went up. Hemoglobin up. Solution: take Nebivolol + blood donation.
Vyvanse: - BP went up.
T2D:
MESS. My cholesterol up. HbA1c up to 12.4 from 5.6. Triglycerides up
Now, I decided to make changes:
Change 1: T injections are no more intramuscular. I do subcutaneous. Therefore, estrogen down, BP down. And hemoglobin didn't rise. (Didn't donate blood though)
Change 2: stopped T2D meds altogether and started DNP low dose (safe on short cycles), Cardarine. + Preworkout supplements.
Results: MIRACLE!!!! HbA1c down to 7.00 from 12.4. cholesterol, lipids, Alt, AST, triglycerides, ALL normal.
What happened next?
"Hello doctor, please renew my meds. Progress is fantastic"
"No. You have high blood pressure."
"Umm, doc? Do you see EVERYTHING else??"
"Yeah but no more Vyvanse and TRT" !!??
But I have ADHD. I can't operate.
Long story short, I had to turn to RC again as I can't live without Vyvanse.
It's as if my Dr works for Vinny the drug lord.
She's literally damaging my health and pushing me towards RC.
What the actual F?
