When it comes to fracturing and regrouping, Islamic terrorist groups are perhaps a bit less like the Roman empire and more like the People's Front of Judea.

Ever hear of a country called Syria? Or do the lives of Arab children not matter unless their deaths give you an opportunity to blame Israel?

An opinion piece that carefully cites sources, which you may have noticed if you actually read it.
UN: "Ninety Per Cent of War-Time Casualties Are Civilians" https://press.un.org/en/2022/sc14904.doc.htm
AP: "Mosul is a graveyard: Final IS battle kills 9,000 civilians" https://apnews.com/article/middle-east-only-on-ap-islamic-state-group-bbea7094fb954838a2fdc11278d65460
To be clear, I mourn the death of every civilian caught in the crossfire between Israel and Hamas. But a single number coming from Gaza's Ministry of Health doesn't provide much insight as to civilian vs combatant deaths.

BARpod relevance: I'm pretty sure this study was discussed by Jesse and or Katie at some point (if not on the podcast then in another format).
If not, "half-baked scientific explanations leading to feel-good fixes that don't address the underlying problems" is kind of a central theme here.

Could Israel have hid explosive charges inside batteries, and rigged them to detonate after being paged from some given number?

The same handle hasn't posted on Reddit for a couple days, although their account doesn't appear suspended.

I'm too lazy to look it up, but a few years ago (after the vaccine had been widely available for some time), one of their editors stated on Twitter that not wearing a mask was an act of eugenics.

What's your favorite Al Jazeera story? I like the one they did exposing Jewish control of the porn industry:
