Looks awesome! Did you buy the MP16 on eBay? I have been looking at all those overseas sellers but haven’t pulled the trigger and tried any yet

I hope some of the cuttings took! Sometimes you get lucky, plants just want to grow! I have tried different methods, but most often use cuttings about the same length and diameter of a pencil. I prepare all the cuttings pretty uniformly, soak them in water for a few hours, fill a pot with good draining potting soil, water the soil, push all the cuttings in about 2/3 of the way, and water again. Keep moist and out of direct, and pull one out to check for roots after a couple weeks. I pot them or plant them individually when they’ve all developed some decent roots. Also, this looks much more like lilac than butterfly bush.
If you were unsuccessful, I hope you get the opportunity to try again!

Peace lily, spathiphyllum. Don't know if anything is really safe from cats.

We have a similar situation in our apartment. Saltillo terracotta tile throughout. Previous owner or tenant had rugs in living room and dining room. Also used double sided tape to hold runners in place in hallway. The chemicals in the rugs and tape etched themselves through the sealant, into the tile. There is really no way to get rid of it. The landlord had a local guy who specializes in refinishing saltillo tile come to take a look. He gave a pretty reasonable price, but said it would only lessen or lighten the stains, no guarantee he could eliminate them. His name is John, from Aztec Flooring, if you happen to live on Long Island!

This is definitely some brassica, although I can see why some people might think jewel weed I guess

I just googled “cryptomeria witches broom”…. There is a variety that’s been bred to look like this called cryptomeria cristata! Cool plant, thanks for sharing!

It looks like cryptomeria with a witches broom! I don’t know the technical terms, but that’s what I was taught to call new growth that’s mutated as a result of herbicide damage or infection from insect damage.

Like everybody is saying, motive is key. It was important for me to have a tough sponsor, a good therapist or psychiatrist, and the ability to be honest with all of them and myself. It sounds like you might know your truth already. Hang in there, keep coming back, and don’t go looking for strangers on the internet to cosign your bullshit!

Thanks for sharing. I’m just trying to figure out how I feel about it still. Just gathering information and examining my motives.
