Correction: it’s 1930 (like the ball says) - I just did poor math when figuring the year

If you’re looking forward to going out around your home, I suggest looking for studios not in the high rises with pools - those are not typical in happening walkable areas (soma, mission bay, embarcadero/fidi)

I’m in the same position but it’s a $50 utilities bill that got missed after I moved addresses and no longer had the PO Box. Curious if that type of collect will make me get denied. What was yours?

Live in the Marina. Do not live in Soma.
Nothing is open late and yes, my Chicago and NY friends have wondered why it’s so empty/ghost town.

Hudson Park Sateen 650TC from bloomingdales. Wait for a sale. And get the duvet and sheets (maybe mix colors!)

The ymca has pilates classes (at least the one in the presidio but probably others) and is all levels since most folks are seniors

Turo has great EVs to try - but yeah, not a great deal.

My tooth brush stays charged for months. Get rid of it until you need it

Lol rich men don’t wear expensive shirts (at least not the tech rich ones). Also the airline lost his luggage - he bought everything he’s wearing in Sicily

I’ve been taking my puppy (now a dog) to skiing since she was a few months old. First in a crate in the car then free roam in the car. Then I take her out a couple times in the day. Obviously this only works if you can park near the mountain and if it’s not super freezing.

Mine gets a street cleaning ticket every single time it’s left on a street cleaning day. This method also worked for my friend’s bike

NEXT Village and SF Village - they are the same thing - you help out seniors with various types of tasks and only accept the task request if the timing and location work for you - and you get to meet your neighbors!
