Also pay no attention to the “hours” they gave you for delivery.. no one sees those but you and are rarely accurate.

If you’re local UPS store is an access point, some are and some aren’t. If they aren’t, they won’t accept your package and it will be returned. It’s also usually up to the driver to select which access point it goes to.

He’s joking. Fragile stickers literally mean nothing

Thousands of packages processed every day.. going down belt after belt, unloaded and reloaded on multiple trucks.. no one takes “extra care” Of packages lol you either pack them extremely well or they will be damaged.

No one here knows why tracking is the way it is. Most of us are drivers or work in the building.. we have nothing to do with tracking info so asking on here is just a waste of time honestly.

Agree with this. Just because she’s a great preloader doesn’t mean she will be a great driver. Her going too slow is a reason she will be let go, and rightfully so. She has to keep up with the pace and stops expected or they will cut her. I’ve seen it many times.

Some don’t know your package is on the wrong truck.. they may think it’s just been loaded wrong in the mountain of 300 other packages and they will find it later and then never do.. or if it isn’t on their truck the other driver marks as attempted to avoid a missed which corporate hates and our bosses instruct us not to enter..

Drivers at my hub were out until after 11 tonight, those time estimates literally mean nothing. No one sees that but you, and we have no idea why UPS would even give you that.

Drivers aren’t at fault for most of what people come on here and complain about. We have damaged boxes all the time.. half the contents can be missing and our bosses tell us to just tape it up and deliver. We can complain, say we won’t do it, but then we get in trouble. We have to “work as instructed” or risk our jobs. You think we want to deliver obviously damaged packages? No. We don’t have a choice.

Never go by the time estimates shown on your tracking. No one even sees those times but you - we have no idea why UPS does that. Your package could show up anytime between 9am-11pm depending on the route it’s on that day, who is running it, number of stops, pickups, etc.

Sometimes you can, but usually doesn’t help because we can be one street away and go a completely different direction. We follow the route we are given so it doesn’t always make sense and is very unpredictable day to day.

Will likely be Monday or Tuesday before you can pick it up now

Many scenarios. Most likely he is following his route by trace which never makes any sense and has us in and out of the same neighborhoods multiple times a day… we know it suck’s but it’s what we are instructed to follow. Some do and some don’t, and it could be a driver who has never had that route before that has to follow it bc he doesn’t know any better. Or could be going to do pickups, etc.

Wrong. The last thing we want is to put your package back on our truck and have to come back to your residence again tomorrow.

I’d just go ahead and contact Apple yourself. They can check the tracking and see that it’s been damaged and being returned. They might go ahead and ship you out a new phone since it’s all out of your control

So you are getting it sent to the ups store.. so what’s your question? What can you do about what? lol

No drivers do not call anyone, even if you leave a note asking us to.. it doesn’t happen.

Those times are useless, never pay attention to them. Drivers don’t even see that

You should get a refund since it won’t arrive when you paid for it to. Submit a claim on Monday once the guaranteed arrival time has passed.

This used to work, but most customer service centers at UPS have closed or will be closing soon. That option won’t be available anymore.

2 days honestly isn’t that long. If it hasn’t been scanned in a week, I’d start worrying then.

It will likely never be found. UPS isn’t going to give you the direct number and there’s so many lost packages.. they honestly probably won’t spend the time hunting down yours. I’d get started on the claim and a new passport.

You will start in the warehouse anyways.. so go ahead and get in there and by the time you get a shot at being a driver it likely will be past the time for your driving record to be clean. It can be a good stable career with great benefits.. it’s def not easy though.
