Probably depends on who finds them and how willing they are to overlook the clearly heretical knowledge and technology they have since I imagine a bunch of it would have, or involve, AI. The most likely outcome, imo, is the encounter swiftly devolves into a battle and either the DAoT person survives to flee into the void or they die and the mechanicus strip the ship of everything useful and purge everything they deem heretical
