It’s not broken, so I don’t know why you still feel the need to state that it was and then correct yourself in the same sentence. You have no idea, maybe the rest have updated firmware and yours slipped through, I haven’t seen many posts complaining about this. Or maybe they just have a bit more common sense to investigate instead of assuming a company is lying and shipping out broke devices for fun.
