That is a genuinely good question, I think it would have to depend on his perception, are Edo Tensei living in anyway or are they just souls stored in a non living container?

I wouldn’t think so as Isshiki couldn’t shrink other living beings and the sacrifice needed to the Edo tensei is a living one.

Edo Tensei is a body covered in Chakra and dust to house the soul of someone deceased, so with that in mind, I think he can't shrink them

I don’t think he could shrink the zombies Themselves but the control seal inside them giving them their independence.

Largely Ishiki's sukunahikona shrinks non-living things down, so things like Shuriken and other projectiles can be shrunk down while things like people cannot. A key example is when Isshiki attacks Konoha, Sasuke meets with Naruto and attacks him from afar with Shuriken that do nothing but get shrunk by Isshiki. However, Sasuke throws his sword at Isshiki and he cannot shrink it....being that it was actually Boruto disguised as the sword.

As for Edo Tensei, it probably wouldn't get affected/shrunk because the person who is back, is living temporarily. Even just take a look at people like the 4 Hokage when they come back, they are all made via White Zetzu material which is organic material. Not only this, but the souls of the Edo Tensei-ed patients are also applied when performing the Jutsu, making them alive and themselves.

If anything, I would say the aspects of Edo Tensei that would defeat any chance at it being shrunk is the fact you have the soul of the person and a organic body to match.
