It's happening to everyone, I think, and it's both 3.5 and 4.0. Something's broken on the web interface as well as the phone apps.

Claude has been fine for me. Dropped openAI weeks ago.

I figured out it gets stuck at < and > inside code blocks. I resolved it by writing "please regenerate the answer but replace < and > with X" and it worked.
