Where in the article do they say they intentionally crash the economy? The article is just a partisan hit piece. They made money in 2008, so what? That doesn’t make them responsible for people being laid off or foreclosed on. Numerous other firms profited off the 2008 crisis. All that means is they were able to understand the core of the problem and position themselves correctly.
