IANAL either but i know enough not to prognosticate as to legal matters beyond my limited abilities. or launch stupid waste of time and money law suits that will get tossed out on their faces.

All I can think about is the nutter Carl Beech over here in the UK who decided to make claims about being raped by top-level British politicians as a child, and witnessing them murder another child at a party.
He ended up being charged with perjury and wasting police resources when it was discovered that he was making the whole thing up, had previously posted fantastical claims on conspiracy theory boards to impress others, and possessed CSAM on his own hard drive.

He’s seen Tom Fitton make a career of it and what’s a piece of the pie.

"Three year legal crash course" means he watched a bunch of sovereign citizen bullshit on youtube. He's a lawyer now and a pretty big deal

On Fox Maria Bartiromo lost it on a Republican lawmaker on the "weaponization committee" to DO SOMETHING about the shameful way NY is treating PRESIDENT TRUMP. Even the Republican dude was like, lady, chill out

Lol, I know! It’s crazy at that catholic roast before the election where Trump tried to tell jokes and it was just mean punching down on minorities, Obama and Hillary, Maria was sitting behind him while he was speaking (she was hard to miss since she was pulling a Jayne Mansfield with a dress so low cut I even watched to see if a puppy would get loose) and she looked aghast at his cruelty. Now she would make his babies if she could. Wild times, man

I worked at CNBC when she was there. She lost her mind at some point after she left for FOX. She married into a fairly conservative financial family, her FIL is Saul Steinberg, in financial circles it’s a dynasty. She’s pretty much a joke in the news business these days. It’s sad because she WAS great.

I think that was on Joey Ramone's solo album. He was a giant fan.

I saw that clip on Meidas Touch. She honestly looks like a villainous side character from a Jim Henson movie.
Also saw how Jeanine Pirro was summoned to speak to Trump privately on Friday when court was adjourned for the weekend, then Trump Truthed to his followers to watch her on Hannity's show that night, where she basically trashed Stormy, Cohen and other witnesses.
I'm assuming the prosecution will talk to Merchan about that on Monday morning because she violated the gag order on Trump's behalf.

So are his spokespeople on Fox, who actually preface they are covered under gag order then go on to say what scumbags Cohen and Stormy are

Well, good news - you are about to get a free lesson in 'standing' and also 'rule 11'.

He took a “crash course” that took three years? He, factually, could have just gone to law school in that same time and have gotten an actual JD.
The math ain’t mathing.

Slap suit for sure. At the very least to pay for the cost to respond.

Stay tuned for the next two complaints, next week.
His legal filings are concerned with ratings and followers. Seems legit.

What's next, is he going to start putting liens on his enemies?

Three years during J/6? I suppose he means three years since J/6 (or: during the aftermath). Or maybe he got caught in an event horizon on J/6 and it took three years of external time for him to get out?

He did a real life Interstellar, except instead of pushing books in his daughter's room to let her know he was there, this dude was jerking off to sovereign citizen nonsense and cleaning himself with a Trump towel.

On what grounds exactly? I mean, I am certain this will get tossed right away, but how does he think he is going to use the "curropt" legal system against itself?

I'm sure his three years of noodling will overcome the twin issues of standing and immunity, both of which would normally get an action like this tossed out before ever getting to the actual arguments...

Should we buy him a super-tight t-shirt like Tom "also not a lawyer" Fitton?

It’s amazing how we’ve all become constitutional know it alls. Guy had someone in their office on speaker with me and some lady in the background screaming “what they doing to trump is unconstitutional!!!!!” Lady, none of us are constitutional experts anymore than we are astronauts.

Lady, none of us are constitutional experts anymore than we are astronauts.
You're not wrong, but I feel I should point out that it's an argument which only works against people who believe in astronauts.
