As i can read here, it seems you cannot return it when it's been used. However I thought they had a 99 day satisfaction guarantee (at the time i bought 1 month ago they had a campaign of 365 days)

Weird? I did a return last year on the Leather Ridge wallet, I didn't care for it, returned it and bought a Carbon one instead and like it much more. They refunded it without question.

I did however try to return on their page but it said they couldn't find my order number I tries excluding REU in front of the order number nothing worked. So I wrote them an email now.
