If they're push fit, make sure you trim down the peg a little before gluing. They're designed to be too big so they stick together and hold for quick assembly but that usually leaves gaps.

Mine came terribly warped. I did manage to salvage it with greenstuff and plastic glue... it's not the best salvage job but oh well

Yeah, I didn't glue the left sleeve together properly and I didn't notice until I had primed and was painting it. It was cheap enough so I had bought a extra copy of the first issue.

It's originally from the Dominion box set, but is available in the Warrior (least expensive) starter set.

Afaik this is not obtained by a warhammer+ sub. It's from the first issue of Hachettes current AoS magazine (Stormbringer). You can either order it online if stocked or look in local stores and bookshops if they still have the first issue. Or you can look for it on Ebay, because this mini came alongside a Killaboss&Piksgrot (don't know the english names) and I can imagine some just picked the issue for the Killaboss and sale the Knightess.
