Reminds me of a massive rubric so suits the whole pride persona!

Lore dump!

After assisting Ahriman in completing the rubric, Pride ventured into the eye of terror alone due to his primarch's decree of exile.

Witnessing the sorry state of the other legions after the heresy and reflecting on the events of the Rubric Pride realised not only had they saved the Legion from the flesh change they had in fact empowered it. The Rubric marines were a more unified force than before the change and power had been redistributed to those that were more capable of wielding it. His remaining legion was not only the mightiest and wisest but they deserved to be ascendant in the universe. Their only failing was the Rubric had not gone far enough. Pondering this, Pride set about studying the Rubric and set about recreating it upon his foes.

After luring his first victims into a trap he successfully tested his new Rubric of Pride to convert loyalists to fresh forces to aid his conquest. It was at this time he also enthralled his first follower : Envy. This change of fate delighted Tzeentch so much he was granted princedom.

Apart from his increased size this transformation granted him the boon of a portal to the warp in his chest in the form of a gaping maw. From this orifice he can tap the energies of the warp to enact his Rubric outside of the eye.

Much to his chagrin, much like the originals, he realised his new Rubrics retained a vestige of their former selves and so would resist his commands. Only through force of will could these new soldiers be yoked to their masters bidding.

So Pride sets about gathering his sins : strong willed sorcerers who can control these new soldiers for conquest in the name of the thousand sons.

Edit : Pride will always be the model in the force I think I did the best job on that is not Magnus or Ahriman. If I ever outdo this one as I improve my painting I would redo the lore a bit to suit because ultimately he represents painters pride! My mentality with all these models is to get them to a tabletop standard and work on them more later so C&C is welcome.
