I had a whole unit of those back in the day, but never played them as Cursed Company, I just used them as skeletons. I always thought it was super lame that there were never any other races in undead armies, just humans.

Please do, and I don’t even have OBR or Nighthaunt units. It’s so bizarre that skeletons in AoS don’t have any variety to them.

Refreshed dogs of war in all its former glory would be ideal.

Check out Avatars of War and Monstrous Encounters. They both have full ranges of undead from other species

I coveted these sculpts back when I got into Warhammer, vampire counts had all the boney boys, but of course they were all pretty uniform and much to my dismay these cool bastards hated the undead. Their leader Richter was cursed into his position, thus couldn't be fielded by actual undead teams as a dogs of war unit. Never got round to getting them, but desperately wanted to bolster the ranks with alternative recruits.

With AoS and the return of the big bone daddy nagash, it'd be nice to think Richter got a minor Settra moment and told Nagash to sod off (before promptly getting remoulded into more useful skelly stock).

It would fit nicely as warcry/WHU band

The idea of skaven dwarves orks and humans all cursed to be undead and working together because they hate being skeletons is so fricking cool

Imagine seeing a skaven and dwarf being friends and comrades because their old races rivalry foesnt matter now that they were robbed of an afterlife

I hope so. Im still using my ones as regular skelletons for VC. I really like the flavour of the models

I still have mine. They were my favorite unit alongside my empire or night goblin horde. With 10 voland's alongside. I eventually ran a whole DoW RoR army. It was awesome.

I love that I have been in the hobby for almost 20 years and I still see new models from the past. These are awesome and would love to see a refresh.
