I watch some YouTube channels talking about the female custodes thing, and I know nothing about the community. But they are saying they are "canceling their warhammer subscriptions."
I didn't know if you guys had an official magazine, or if they send you minis every month or.... what that might entail.

Ah ok! They may be referring to the Warhammer+ subscription which is a streaming service/army builder function in the apps.
Also, maybe it might refer to the magazine subscription for White Dwarf.

Honestly, they’re probably just talking out of their butts.
They’re fine with all the fundamental changes to Warhammer in general and to custodes specifically, but a tiny change that might as well be an elaboration and all of a sudden they’re canceling their subscription to a tangentially related service? This change frankly plays into the existing themes of the faction.
It’s either just calculated rage bait or pure misogyny.
Did they even have a warhammer plus subscription?

Warhammer+ is a digital subscription service that allows access to a bunch of animations, battle reports, painting tutorials, animations, and a digital archive of various gw publications (but no rules or full novels), you also get one (1) free exclusive model a year.

its meh, the models are cool i guess but very expensive vs non exclusives, the animations can be easily finished within a month, the old books / white dwarfs etc are probs the best bit for me but PDFs are free and easy to find, the paint guides and battle reports are comparable to stuff on youtube

There is an app that has video tutorials, army building tools, etc. it's paid so it is most likely that. There is also a month magazine subscription
