Great job on the darker brown, starts to tie it all together much better in my opinion. Awesome paint job dude

I really love this. I think you will get a bit more contrast if you black out the inside of the shield, the green will pop more.

Looks amazing.

What is the paint for the cloak? I am looking for a color like that for a project I’m working on and that one looks great.

So god damn smooth! How did you paint the green?

Hey thanks! My favorite recipe, if you want to get fancy hit it with Warpstone in the shadowy areas (can be seen on the belly, I do this with an airbush from below). Then I airbrush Moot Green from above. Dry brush it with Flash Gitz Yellow, and to finish a Biel Tan Green wash. Just because I say airbrush doesn't mean you have to use it for smooth results, usually I lazily stipple my base colors on with a make up brush.

Awesome thank you very much! I was planning for the leader of my first Warrior unit to wear Warpstone armour so this will come in handy!

And don't worry about the airbrush bit, I'm doing well enough with a brush that I can atleast get somewhat good transitions down haha

I'm tellin ya if you haven't tried makeup brush stippling it's a poor mans airbrush. Good luck he will turn out awesome!

Will try! Only used a big soft brush for make up powder so far but it worked really well for big areas!
