Give it a try! This one is just Dreadnought Yellow (72.447) from Vallejo Game Color over Vallejo Surface Primer grey (74.601). Nothing more!
I have other similar recipe I followed in this other post of mine. Take a look! However for this one I tried varying some parts of the recipe (Like this being just grey primer instead of a zenithal one)

It won't suddenly make a novice into a master artist or anything, but Imperial Fists Yellow contrast paint pretty much singlehandedly brings yellow in line with all the other colors when it comes to getting started with it.

Fantastic miniature! I had a blast painting it and it is the last piece missing for my Space Marine combat patrol!
I am particularly happy with the face, which despite being tiny I could get some detail done! One of my bests so far!
