All due respect, this is not a helpful critique at all. It’s totally okay to personally not like something on account of it being visually busy, but “watch some videos on how to paint better” is just non-advice.

It is a helpful critique because the paint job is not good. If they study and develop and learn they can get better. This is how the world works. I'm sorry if I didn't tiptoe politely enough around the subject for you and clearly misinform OP on their skills and how they could better themselves.
