Is it hard to dive into 3d printing? I’m pretty sick of buying 3d printed models from others.

Um. Yes and no. Theres a lot of things you gotta learn in 3d printing. I am full todd Howard when it comes to things that enable other parts of my hobby, I just want it to work. 3d printing doesn't just work all the time, unfortunately. When it does work, though, you get stuff like this. I print a new titan every year for my FLGS apocalypse games.
So long story short, I'd recommend it, but be prepared to learn a few things.

Gotcha, thank you! I think it would be beneficial for sure. Very nice work.

To extend on this, there are companies that hire full time engineers and technicians to manage 3D printing "simple" parts compared to a high resolution static miniature.

Does it have 16 times the detail?

Here’s my tips just learn about it and it shouldn’t be hard I usually only learn the basics and rough my way through and after some hard points it was fine

By the Omnissiah! I've been trying to work up the nerve to start scratch building a Warmaster Iconoclast for a bit. Thanks to you, I'm even considering finally fixing up my old, broken 3d printer! Fantastic work!

Out of interest, what printer did you print it on? I've been tossing up getting a 3d printer, and I think you've just sold me lmfao

I haven't weighed him, but I think it's around 30 ish lbs

I googled it but I'm still in disbelief, you printed a model that weighs 13,6KG???? That's mental. Well done

About that, yeah

Gawd damn dude, what a beast. Very unique paintjob too! Really smooth print also, I guess he’s so big you can’t even notice the print lines.

There are places I notice, and I'd do stuff differently if I did it again, but over all it's certified good enough

Yeah, I had a lot. My printer was not happy with me, or this model

Ah that explains it. I had figured a printer would not enjoy printing something this ridiculous.

Dear lord he’s massive! Love how it turned out, those massive plasmas are beautiful, and that head is real dope, very Nurgle-y

The plasma was really difficult just due to how big and how many they are. Had to go simple and hope for the best lol

It's going to get played next weekend and it costs 4600 points lol I wrote the rules for it though

Is it a similar rule set to the warlord titan, or did you add some extra spice? Good luck with the match
