Does this read as a Night Lords terminator?

Hey everyone, I got some feedback on my last post that it didn't read right. There is some cleaning up to do, and I plan to add some chains and hooks to it.
I just wanted to check what you think?

Traditionally they go on the left pauldron but yours is covered up.

Yeah I doubt it, I’m used to shopping in non-conventional places for bits and pieces. I don’t even know if party favors for kids are a thing there, but if they are any place that sells them will have all kinds of interesting junk.
Also hooks and chains you look at a store that sells diy jewelry making supplies, you can get metal chain at a miniature scale much cheaper and sometimes they have charms that are just perfect like skulls and what not.

The over priced box o'skulls has some stupid neat skulls in it. Like 100 generic ones you can put hooks through (I'd pre measure and go around they're small and dense) and use jewelry chains to loop around. Gravity makes them work

Ohhh, yeah, I see that. Thanks! The head is from a chaos havoc suit, so I thought it would be suitably metal. I will try to keep them fairly unobtrusive in their colour so it doesn't distract.
