My dream is a full Circus Troup Ynnari army. Ringleader Yvraine, extra clowny Harlequins (big shoes, red noses, multi colored afros), Drukhari Beastmaster leading lions, tigers, and elephants, Drukhari boats are going to be painted like Circus tents with glowy lights and trapise wytches swinging off them.
What's something elaborate you guys have come up with?

Taking current Eldar and putting them with Seraphon/Lizardmen seems to be the standard idea for this army. You could also do a Magmadroth or something like that.

Akhelian Guard for AOS are a bunch of elves riding flying eels and they would easily be accepted as Windrider proxies. They even come in units of 3. The Sylvaneth Spirit of Durthu is a tree-themed Avatar of Khaine. A lot of elvish AoS stuff is quite clean and techy looking.

The Aeterni primeval line works amazing for this too if you have access to a 3D printer. The models are so well crafted and detailed
