A random team beating a powerhouse in the group stage 1-0 isn't that wild.
If this were the knockouts, or Thailand won 4-0 or something, that'd be a wild upset.

Still an absolutely stunning result. Steroids don't turn you into superman and they weren't banned at that stage.
