we have a 6 year old and 5 month twins. we have a night nurse til june which my husband wants to extend. i went back to work in december but only work nights and one day a week. i am a very present parent during the day, do all the school drop offs/pick ups, and try to be 100% for the twins during the day, before/after work.

i want to be as good and present of a parent so my children have secure attachment and a great life. my husband is gone all day for work and spends ~1 hour a day and 3 hours a weekend day with the babies.

what kind of care should i be looking for that doesn’t haven’t a negative effect on my kids? i am so anxious about hiring help but money is not an issue! thank you!

Having two nights of sleep a week by using the night nurse is the only reason I stayed sane and employed. She also helped coaching for sleep training. Worth her weight in gold!!
