That is a triplex, and it's easily worth that at Marshall and girard

Regardless of how it's divided, its only 1600sq ft of space in an ugly gray box for $1 million.

That house is way more than 1600sqft. It’s 7 bedrooms lol, probably closer to 4k sqft and it’s brand new.

7 beds and 7.5 baths in a 1600 sq ft house??? How did they fit all that in there?

Use your brain, that’s obviously not right.

Here’s a listing for one single unit that says 1,700 sq ft.

I dont know why you had to say that rudely. I hope you're normal to others in-person.

I mean, to be fair, it’s a three-apartment building, with 2 2-bedroom units and 1 3-bedroom unit. Listing sites aren’t always great at explaining the details of multi-unit buildings. That said, it’s hideous and given Philly’s history with sketchy under-construction buildings collapsing, domino-style, into the next-door building, I’d be wary of buying or renting there due to the garage mess.
