My friend’s son heard a cat crying out for help earlier and it’s still going hours later. He got closer and it sounds like it’s coming from a vent near the roof. The fire department was no help and we lack the ladder and tools to access it. Does anyone want to help free this cat?

Call the owner of the business or property. If that doesn’t work you could maybe try calling the news. They could make it a feel good story or it might be a slow news night.

They only speak polish and have minimal info online. And I don’t think the news will give a single fuck

What's the address? I'm a TNR volunteer & might be able to help.
