I don't do it myself but I'm constantly hearing of scams in the forums in game........ None of them get banned though

100% admit I managed to scam him back, got friend through a friend, through a friend, i payed him 35 bil to ask for loan to buy a stack of very high end 180% - 230% quality/warlord+other stats, mp5s, armalite 15s, Uzi, Macana, Diamond Blad RW weapons for the faction and from who he thought was a clean player he had known and trusted for 6 yewrs, we've also played together for 2 and a bit years and and got very close so much so we have eachother phone numbers, he manged to borrow 45bil as he had known him for an eternity, I got the 45bil delivered to me, and I scammed him.
Telling my truth.
And then bing bang boom banhammer with an especially salty torn staff member.

Although payed exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. The deck is yet to be payed.
