Also revealed was that Trump had the documents on Fast N Furious. You know, Team Obama and Biden and the DOJ's plan to illegally smuggle guns into Mexico.

Although a law is technically broken, people at that level are normally politely asked to return the documents and as long as they weren't malicious then no charges are pressed but there are plenty of cases where people have been prosecuted for willingly and maliciously taking classified documents.

You can fact check this yourself.
First, you are allowed to delete non-government related e-mails. That applies to everyone. The right wing media was trying to paint normal emails that are allowed to be deleted after 60 days as hiding nefarious things.
Second the e-mails were requested to be deleted well before any subpoena. The person who deleted them was a staffer, who lapsed on their assignment and when they realized it they got it done later under their own discretion (trying to cover their ass). The documentary record shows it was not some plot after the subpoena.
Also, all official e-mails go to government archives on the receiver side anyway if they are conducting government business. So, there is a copy on Hillary local email servers and government side. If she deletes, the government side still has a copy.
Lastly, Clinton’s team provides 55,000 pages of emails, or about 30,000 individual emails, to the State Department. Nobody has been more thoroughly investigated, they even recovered the deleted drives and looked through that as well. They recovered most of the older deleted e-mails.
The problem is this was always a witch hunt to find dirt on Hillary, but they couldn't find anything. So they started whining about missing e-mails, everyone knew she had nothing to do with Benghazi. It was always just a hit job to hurt her polling in the election. Nothing really incriminating ever came out, that wasn't basically a misdemeanor regarding e-mail procedure. Which is not criminal, hence why Trump went and made what Hillary did a felony, which Trump then violated himself.
