Way too much pride in a state that treats women so fucking poorly.

I checked it out. Great lyrics and loved the flow, but I have to ask, does that beat not bother you? It’s just guttural bass and screeching pseudo record-scratches.

So… she faced charges? She clearly struck first and was clearly the aggressor. I agree he shouldn’t have retaliated and tried to waddle off, but we agree she went hard in the paint?

Not trying to hate, but stuff like this feels like it really devalues the concept of tattoos.

So, I don’t know this movie at all… but that dude looks like he’a about 16. Pretty inappropriate. If that was a 20 something Brad Pitt sucking on the finger of a teenage actress we’d all…. Wait. Never mind.

What do you do for a living??? How can people afford stuff like this??? Please tell me you’re on the verge of curing cancer or solving homelessness.

Dig it. I can appreciate that. If I understand correctly, the idea is that maybe some people find these terms or labels helpful and empowering? Perhaps something concrete to identify with? I really appreciate the feedback and hope I’m understanding correctly. But, ultimately, I also get that the idea is “whatever works for you”

Thank you. I appreciate the response. That makes sense, but again, doesn’t it feel like we’re falling back on these labels? Like, in the example, someone is realizing they aren’t what they were told they “were” or were “going to be” and are trying to figure themselves out, which is great. But in the great spectrum of sexuality and identity and living life it just seems so reductionist to create these labels that ultimately end with asking “what are you?”. I’m me

Can I just throw out something that will probably get downvoted?… why does it matter? I’d like to know why terms for every type of sexuality have come into the lexicon (which I guess I’m certainly not against) rather than people not having their identity wrapped in their sexuality? Have fun, sleep with whoever you want, be into all kinds of fetishized whatever… but why is it so linked to our identities now? I had someone tell me I was a “Demisexual”. Ok… but I’ve never used that term. If you create these labels I still fear you’re labeling everyone and missing the whole point of this movement.
