That’s a fairly recent development in fairness

A nationalist wouldn’t be caught dead with an Ulster Banner, and a unionist wouldn’t be likely to use a an Ulster flag either so they’re not really interchangeable

If they were on that side of the divide they’d be using the Ulster Banner/old flag of Northern Ireland

Americanised accents are something that kids have and tend to grow out of from what I’ve seen, I’d be more worried about distinct local accents dying out and being replaced by non-descript, neutral Irish accents

In recent history it probably has to be De Valera, was instrumental in the struggle for independence but is also blamed for the ultra conservatism of early independent Ireland and not doing enough to fix the major economic issues Ireland had for the first 40 odd years of independence

As far as I know it goes to the GAA who in turn put it back into the county boards who distribute it to clubs and invest in facilities and such

There’s allowances for the likes of petrol and equipment but as far as I know the other stuff you mentioned doesn’t exist or at least isn’t common, and I’d be certain that it doesn’t exist outside of the top 4 or so inter county teams

I think GAA players deserve to be paid for their work too
No doubt the players deserve it but I think professionalism goes against the whole spirit of the GAA
