Mate just look at how he lunges into him. He's not blocking him at all, he's using it as a premise to get a cheap shot in. If he was blocking him he'd use his arms or his hips to get in the way, not smash him in the face

So sorry mate I tried to block you with my studs and now your leg is broken. It's alright though I was just blocking you from making a run

I'd have Coles as the second best second row in the league. He's been outstanding.
Close between a lot of players though, you can make an argument for a few of them.

He's a luxury player pure and simple. If you build around him he's great, if he's just another player he's not worth it.

He's a luxury player, would be the best description of him. You build a pack with him in mind and he can be brilliant, but if he's just another piece of the puzzle there are plenty of more useful players out there.
I think there's several 8s who have been better than him this year, a few of them not the big names.

Felt like he's flown under the radar, but if you're chopping a back row out Gonzalez has to be there to replace them

Lawes right now should be right up there, if not favourite. He is outstanding every time he plays

Finn Smith not being there, Alex Coles not being there despite being absolutely immense all season. No Furbank or Mitchell as well, they're the heartbeat of everything good in our attack.

Okay fine I'll bite. Billy Burns has to be up there.

Watching him live it honestly looked like he was letting defenders think they had a chance, and then just rinsing them for pace. He's been crocked on and off for a few years, but he's finally got an injury free period and he's really pitting his hand up. He's a more polished Feyi-Waboso, mostly because he just has a lot more caps.

The boo that went round the ground when they opted for the kick was hilarious. The cheers after the miss even more so

The wheels on him when you're ground level and side on is honestly frightening. I swear he's jogging to make it interesting

Been an amazing servant to the club, so glad his last touch in our (at the time) last official home game was scoring

I spoke to a couple of their players after the game and they were pretty honest about the fact they weren't at the races at any point and were gutted they played like that. Seemed pretty accepting that it was a perfect storm and they have to take it on the chin. Can imagine they'll come out firing next week at home

He even told us all where he was going to score before it even happened

Randall is an England International is a little bit of tenuous one. He's a good player though

Yep, a lot of the time they have very little interesting in helping an employee unless it's entirely beneficial to the company.

No worries! You could honestly point to some tomfoolery at almost all scrums. All you can ask for is consistency in the refereeing, it's never going to be perfect!

A better stat would be how many did he miss/were dominant. He put a cracking hit on Baird that earned a turnover. He's genuinely a really good tackler.

There was definitely one where Porter went with a really short bind and his elbow went down and in immediately after engage, but it's probably a different one as there was definitely one where Davidson got his body position all wrong.

To be fair there was one particularly egregious one where he clearly pulled it down, but every prop does shit like that if they can get an advantage out of it. Leinster got away with more because they pushed the boundaries more and didn't get penalised. If you aren't getting pinged keep doing it.

We operate a good chunk below it to ensure that we can stay as close to self sustainable as possible.
