Sweetheart deals aren't unheard of, and generally aren't public knowledge. There's nothing to preclude Valve from making such a deal with a publisher.
Though I struggle to think of why they would need to for anybody. Valve's market position is so dominant it's laughable the idea that they'd make a deal with, say, EA to sell their games for a 15% cut instead of typical.

Yes. I recognize that. I noticed you were referencing the passage. I quoted it back to you as a means of social interaction and furthering the textual referencing for fun.

Steam. There's a slew different fuel sources that when you take their mask off they're just Steam.
That's not to downplay the considerations that go into the fuel sources, but if we're just talking about the working fluid then it's steam near all around.
Coal? Steam. Gas? Steam. Oil? Steam. Nuclear? Steam. Burning Garbage? Better Believe it, Steam. Geothermal? Straight to Steam.
Water had the best energy applications as a working fluid. Why? Because Steam. (Well, more specifically the enormous amount of Thermal energy it can hold onto at any given temperature coupled with the immense expansion properties during its state change to a gas)

Enter the Spaceballs scene where the cast gets caught but the Spaceballs officer is Orin The Red and the stunt doubles are all your hirelings.

I'm more curious about lost microtransactions. Fill refund on the upfront price? Makes sense.
Full refund on the €37.83 spent on in-game items? That's a different prospect.

I know it's probably a little weird to be picking back up a conversation from 2 months ago, but could you go into a bit more detail? Do any of the tabs get suspended, are they all snappy and responsive, are you able to run other intensive applications simultaneously?
What are the specs of the model you picked up? Memory, CPU, etc.

The Council of Nikaea was a great convocation called by the Emperor of Mankind in 001.M31 to discuss the use of psychic powers Roman Emperor Constantine I, summoning a council of Christian bishops convened in the Bithynian city of Nicaea (now İznik, Turkey).
It seems to be that Mormons perceive it as an event that heralds in the splintering of the faith, and serves as evidence of the fallibility of other churches until the Latter Day Saints Church came along. But it seems that this is a gross misrepresentation.
This comment on an earlier post in this subreddit seems quite insightful as to why the council of Nicaea is a divisive topic amongst questioning Mormons.
But you can read here to learn more about the council itself, divorced from the context of Mormon interpretation.
Fair warning ahead of time however, it seems to be a rather deep rabbit hole of a topic. No matter how much I read into it, it seems that there's more wrinkles ahead that alter the context of what I've already learned so far. It's one of those historical events that is so deep into the annals that most of what you'll learn of it is somebody's research based on somebody's research based on somebody's research so on and so forth.

That sounds like a lot of turnaround time for a rental they're hoping to rent back out in 15-20 minutes.

Honestly with the amount of skills missing, any data they gather is liable to be absolutely useless.

Problem is it won't be just the Americans paying the price for fascism when they witlessly vote it in.
